i need help! i need legal advise on how fight owners of a self storage unit when the police cant help us even know they agree what the storage owners are doing is illegal… when i called the civil divsion they tell me get a lawyer … but all 30 plus places i called will get back to me within 3 to 5 days! and the owners threatened to “trash” all my stuff by today!!!! if i didnt clean them out by today (they said this on friday) BUT they have had me LOCKED OUT since last week!!!!! what do i do !!!! i have three units (large ones ) my entire life is in those units! i live in stanislaus county (mosdesto , ca )
