I’d like to start going to abandoned storage unit sales mostly, and also flea markets and auctions… then, open a small thrift store and sell the goods there.

i know that it will take a little money to begin the process of buying… i am considering investing 5,000 to 10,000 in that part. how much would the rest cost? i’d have to find a store to rent, maybe shelves, advertising, a sign for the front, etc.
