I am trying to get finances squared away for my wife and daughter while at boot camp. I have heard many conflicting stories as to whether or not I will actually receive BAH while at boot camp, and have seen that other branches of the military do. I have also been told that uncle sam will pay for my household goods to be stored in a local storage unit if my wife decides to move in with the parents. Can someone tell me the regulation where all of this is written? And if all of these additional payments are awarded, will they be paid with each monthly paycheck (that I can send home through allotments) or will it all be back-paid once I graduate?
